Write the industrial vacuum packaging machine family you are buying: single or double chamber, seal-bar length in millimetres, bar position, and whether MAP gas-flush is in the first purchase. Attach the loaded-pouch millimetres, including height after filling. If the largest loaded pouch does not lie flat in the usable chamber, stop; a later SAT cannot invent clearance. Work envelope around the lid, footprint, three-phase supply and connected load kW (when a pump package is quoted) belong on the same record. Cooling water is listed only if a cooled pump is in scope.
Price exclusions
Separate machine, delivery and site bands. Freight, installation, training, spare parts, FAT witness and SAT often sit outside the chamber price. Tooling for a second film, extra seal-wire sets, residual-atmosphere meters and gas regulators should be named.
