Vacuum Packaging Machine Sourcing

Vacuum Packaging Machine Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We collect a vacuum packaging machine brief, circulate it to factories, and return comparable wholesale quotations. We do not own a packing hall, hold inventory, or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, pump displacement figures and MAP buttons on a manufacturer page remain that manufacturer’s published data; they are not this service’s credentials.

Decision ownership

The buyer owns the food process, residual-gas or vacuum target, and acceptance sample. Named vacuum packaging machine manufacturers own feasibility, chamber millimetres for the stated seal-bar position, and what their quotation includes. This site owns brief alignment and quote comparison, not engineering sign-off.
Decision ownership: Equipment scope
Equipment scope is chamber vacuum packing of pouches, including double-chamber layouts. The buyer decides whether MAP gas-flush is in the first purchase. Henkelman-style tables that list different usable millimetres for different bar positions illustrate why the buyer, not a catalog thumbnail, must decide pouch fit. Filling, labeling and tray sealing stay outside this service unless added as a distinct RFQ.
Price exclusions
Machine price is one cost band. Freight, installation, utilities, tooling, FAT witness, SAT, training and spare parts often sit elsewhere. Vacuum Packaging Machine Sourcing does not publish a percentage saving. Comparing replies means lining up those exclusions, not averaging brochure prices. Cooling water, compressed air and PLC interface work are called out when a factory omits them.
Response basis
A usable reply restates chamber millimetres, seal-bar length, residual-gas method on the actual food, three-phase supply, connected load kW if a pump package is included, footprint, and which seal-contamination and pouch-material tests are offered. If a factory cannot demonstrate pouch fit, that is a documented gap. Throughput claims without a named product and cycle sequence are not treated as validated output.

Remaining input from the buyer: quantity, US destination, delivery window, optional budget (currency, per-unit or whole-order), and supplier preference. No founding year, headcount or audited factory tour is claimed for this website. Continue with the RFQ Checklist or inquiry form.

Compare cost bands, not a single machine figure
